Structure of VOAN

A 3-Tier Leadership Model Across Africa

The Voice of Africa Network (VOAN) has a three-tier structure. At the top is the Continental Executive Office providing overall leadership. This is followed by Five Regional Apostolic Hubs across Africa. Each country is led by a National Leadership Team under its respective region.

Continental

The Continental Executive Office is led by the Presiding Apostle and Visionary Leader, Apostle Job Okango Ananda. It includes the Continental Executive Council (CEC), comprising the Deputy Continental Leader, General Secretary, Finance Director, and various departmental heads such as Intercessory & Prophetic, Missions & Discipleship, and Media & Communication.

Regional

VOAN is divided into five regional hubs—East, West, Central, North, and Southern Africa. Each hub functions as a spiritual and administrative center, led by a Regional Apostolic Coordinator and a structured team that includes a Deputy Coordinator, Directors for Evangelism, Discipleship, Finance, and other key roles such as intercessory leaders, youth mobilizers, and media representatives.

National

National Leadership Teams (Per Country) Each country operates under a National Leadership Team composed of a National Apostolic Coordinator, Deputy Coordinator, Directors for Evangelism, Discipleship, Administration, Finance, and Intercession. These teams oversee local districts and work closely with churches, ministries, and networks within their nations.
