Voice of Africa Network (VOAN) Constitution



1. Name

The official name of the ministry shall be: VOICE OF AFRICA NETWORK, referred to in this document as “VOAN” or “the Ministry”.


2. Address

The official address of the Ministry shall be:

3. The Purpose

a. To glorify God and obey the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ by discipling nations and advancing the Kingdom of God across Africa and globally.

b. To mobilize and equip African churches and leaders for unity, revival, restoration, and end-time harvest preparedness.

c. To facilitate collaboration between churches, ministries, and apostolic-prophetic voices across Africa for continental and global impact.


4. Ministries

VOAN fulfills its purpose through the following ministries:

a. Continental and national conferences, revivals, and summits

b. Fivefold equipping, discipleship, and training programs

c. Evangelism and mission outreach across African nations

d. Biblical teaching and theological training platforms

e. Apostolic-prophetic intercession networks

f. Print and digital media (books, magazines, online platforms)

g. Social impact and humanitarian projects

h. Youth, women, and children empowerment ministries

i. Leadership development forums

j. Strategic international partnerships and alliances


5. Composition

a. VOAN has three categories of membership: Affiliates, Full Members, and Strategic Partners.

b. Ministries and churches can apply as Affiliate Members. After active engagement for two years, including participation in VOAN programs, they may qualify as Full Members.

c. Strategic Partners include non-African ministries and global networks collaborating with VOAN in vision and mission.


6. Changes

a. Amendments to this Constitution require the written agreement of the VOAN Presiding Apostle, Continental Executive Council, and National Apostolic Coordinators.

b. Policy changes shall require 80% consensus of the Continental Executive Council.


7. Affiliations

VOAN partners and collaborates with:

a. Voice of Africa  Network Continental Member Ministries

b. National Apostolic Councils across Africa

c. Global apostolic-prophetic networks and Bible training institutions

d. Kingdom business and social transformation partners

e. Intercontinental prayer and missions networks


8. Policy

a. VOAN is a Spirit-led, interdenominational, apostolic-prophetic movement grounded in the Word of God.

b. VOAN affirms the authority of Scripture as the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God.

c. VOAN adheres to the foundational creeds of the Christian faith, including the Nicene Creed, and aligns with the message of the Kingdom of God.

d. VOAN supports:

i. Unity of the Body of Christ across Africa

ii. Holistic discipleship and end-time harvest preparation

iii. Restoration of biblical order in leadership and governance

iv. Revival and transformation of nations in Africa


9. Finances

a. VOAN operates as a non-profit Christian ministry, trusting in God’s provision through tithes, offerings, partnerships, and donations from individuals, churches, and businesses.

b. All financial transactions and donations shall be recorded transparently and used solely for ministry purposes.

c. Accurate financial records and annual reports must be kept and reviewed by the VOAN Finance Director.


10. Membership

a. Membership is open to churches, ministries, and networks that uphold VOAN’s vision and doctrinal foundations.

b. Written applications shall be submitted and reviewed by the VOAN Executive Leadership.

c. Membership may be suspended or revoked for violations of VOAN’s constitutional principles or by written resignation.
